Ms. Marcela Beltran, is the Managing Litigation Paralegal at Oliver-Zhang Law.  Ms. Beltran provides comprehensive administrative, litigation, and trial preparation assistance at Oliver-Zhang Law.  Ms. Beltran is also fluent in both Spanish and English, and supports our attorneys in providing caring legal service in immigration, personal injury, drug product liability, and other civil matters to our clients in the Hispanic community.

A strong believer in social justice and equal rights for all, Ms. Beltran makes legal solutions accessible to our Hispanic clients with language barriers at Oliver-Zhang Law.

Ms. Beltran was born in Colombia and earned her Accountant Assistant Associate Degree from the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) – National Learning Service.
