Marcela Beltran is the Managing Litigation Paralegal at Oliver-Zhang Law, where she combines sophisticated legal expertise with a genuine commitment to supporting clients through some of their most challenging moments. Ms. Beltran leads and mentors the firm’s team of interns, paralegals, and law clerks, ensuring case management, legal research, and trial preparation are handled with care and efficiency.  Fluent in both Spanish and English, Ms. Beltran understands firsthand how language and cultural barriers can create extra hurdles in the legal process. She is passionate about making legal help accessible and clear, especially for members of the Hispanic community facing immigration, personal injury, medical malpractice, drug product liability, and other complex civil matters.

Her empathy and dedication help clients feel heard and supported every step of the way.  Ms. Beltran played a key role providing litigation support in a multimillion-dollar medical malpractice case and continues to contribute to outcomes that make a real difference for clients. Beyond her technical skills, she believes in the power of justice and works tirelessly to help level the playing field for those navigating the legal system.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, and also holds an Associate Degree as an Accountant Assistant from Colombia’s National Learning Service. Ms. Beltran’s unique combination of analytical skill and heartfelt commitment makes her an invaluable part of the Oliver-Zhang Law team.
