Ms. Rachel Wei is a Senior Managing Attorney at Oliver-Zhang Law, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on immigration law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and family law matters.

With over ten years of legal experience, Ms. Wei has built a reputation as a skilled and dedicated advocate for her clients. She has successfully represented individuals and families in complex immigration cases, guiding them through every stage of the immigration process. Her work covers a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant classifications such as H-1B work visas, family-based and employment-based immigration, as well as special immigrant applications such as VAWA petitions, G-4 visa holders’ green card applications, asylum applications, and naturalization. In addition to her immigration practice, Ms. Wei has extensive experience in personal injury cases. She has assisted clients in slip-and-fall accidents, car accidents, truck cases and escalator/elevator injury cases, securing compensation for those who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others.

She earned her Master of Law degree from the College of William & Mary and Bachelor of Law degree from Nankai University in China.  Ms. Wei is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (simplified and traditional).
